Church Groups
Attendees generally come to Catalyst Festival as part of a church group, and so when you book we ask you to select your church. This helps us to make sure your church has enough space on your campsite.

If you're coming from a church outside the UK, please make sure you book with the church with whom you’ll be camping, if different from your own.

If you’re not coming as part of a church, or your church is not listed, please follow the instructions to add in your church so that we can site you or others from your church in the right area.

The Small Print

Here are some of the important details about booking into Catalyst Festival you should be aware of. 

  • Prices - You'll find a full breakdown of our prices below. Prices are available to 2359 GMT on the date shown. All payments are processed via PayPal.
  • Cancellation - We hope you won't want to cancel your booking. However, if you do need to cancel we will refund your booking fee, less a £15 administration charge, as long as you tell us by 1 March 2018. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 1 March 2018. Alternatively feel free to let someone else take your booking if you wish - simply amend the booking by logging in using the link and password in your booking confirmation email and editing the details.
  • Payment Plan - This will split your total booking amount into three equal payments. The first payment is at the time of booking and the other two are to be paid bimonthly following on.. There is a £6 administration fee if you use this method. To enable this payment method, opt into staged payments at the end of your booking and make the first payment. We will remind you by email when your next payment is due. This option is only available until the 28th February 2018.
  • Refunds - If you amend your booking from an attendee to a server, we will refund the difference in price without penalty right up to the event. All other refunds will incur a £15 administration charge. Refunds are made to the original payment card via PayPal.
  • Ages - All ages referred to are taken as at 31 August 2018, i.e. based on the school year. The exception to this is for main event servers, who must be aged 18 or over by the time the event starts, i.e. 26 May 2018.
  • Concessions - Available to those who are in receipt of a state pension, or full-time carers.
  • Overseas - Available to anyone coming from outside mainland Great Britain.

What Next?

So you’ve booked in – congratulations! We hope you’re as excited about Catalyst Festival as we are. Here’s what to expect in the run up to the event, and what to do if you have any problems.

Booking confirmation

When you’ve booked your place, whoever gave their details as the booking contact will receive an email confirming the booking and giving a booking reference and password to enable them to log back into the booking. Keep this email – you’ll probably need it!

Payment confirmation

If you've paid by credit or debit card you'll receive an email from PayPal, confirming the transaction and giving a transaction ID. Please hold on to this email too – if you have any query over your payment or about a refund you may need this information.

Booking amendments

If you wish to amend your booking you can do so quickly and easily by logging in using the information in your booking confirmation email or logging back into your order and using the username and password you created when you first registered. If you need any of your payment refunding you'll be able to request this online.

If you can’t find your booking confirmation email you can obtain a resend by logging into your order. If you have any problems just email us at bookings(at)


If you’re serving at Catalyst Festival there’s an extra stage for you to get an elder’s approval. This is all done electronically through the booking system – there’s more information on the serving page.

Camping Pitch

When you get to the camping accommodation section of your booking, the system will ask you for the approximate size of your tent and or Caravan/Camper (inc awning where necessary). If you are staying offsite there is an option to specify that.

Event Prices

Please note that from the 1st May we cannot guarantee that new bookings will be placed with their Church. Please check with your church coordinator to confirm space on your site. However, you will have camping space onsite.

Day Visitors

We’d love it if you could make the full four days of the event - not only do you get more out of it, but it’s better value-for-money! But if you can't make it for the whole event it would be great to have you for a day or two.

You'll need to purchase a day visitor ticket for each day that you'll be on site. These can only be purchased online through this system before the event. View prices at
