If you’re not coming as part of a church, or your church is not listed, please follow the instructions to add in your church so that we can site you or others from your church in the right area.
Catalyst Festival is only possible due to the hard work and dedication of our army of servers. We offer reductions in the ticket price based on the nature of the role - head on over to our serving page on catalystnetwork.org/festival for more information.
Here are some of the important details about booking into Catalyst Festival you should be aware of.
So you’ve booked in – congratulations! We hope you’re as excited about Catalyst Festival as we are. Here’s what to expect in the run up to the event, and what to do if you have any problems.
When you’ve booked your place, whoever gave their details as the booking contact will receive an email confirming the booking and giving a booking reference and password to enable them to log back into the booking. Keep this email – you’ll probably need it!
If you've paid by credit or debit card you'll receive an email from PayPal, confirming the transaction and giving a transaction ID. Please hold on to this email too – if you have any query over your payment or about a refund you may need this information.
If you wish to amend your booking you can do so quickly and easily by logging in using the information in your booking confirmation email or logging back into your order and using the username and password you created when you first registered. If you need any of your payment refunding you'll be able to request this online.
If you can’t find your booking confirmation email you can obtain a resend by logging into your order. If you have any problems just email us at.
If you’re serving at Catalyst Festival there’s an extra stage for you to get an elder’s approval. This is all done electronically through the booking system – there’s more information on the serving page.
When you get to the camping accommodation section of your booking, the system will ask you for the approximate size of your tent and or Caravan/Camper (inc awning where necessary). If you are staying offsite there is an option to specify that.

Please note that from the 1st May we cannot guarantee that new bookings will be placed with their Church. Please check with your church coordinator to confirm space on your site. However, you will have camping space onsite.
Children and Youth - Ages are based on the academic year, i.e. age on 31 August 2016. The age ranges given are inclusive.
We’d love it if you could make the full four days of the event - not only do you get more out of it, but it’s better value-for-money! But if you can't make it for the whole event it would be great to have you for a day or two.
You'll need to purchase a day visitor ticket for each day that you'll be on site. These can be purchased online before the event, or from the main venue during the event. View prices at catalystnetwork.org/festival
